1. Scope

These Terms govern use of Metastate Bio websites and purchase of the DNA Metabolic Action Report and related services.

2. Service description

We provide an educational and informational analysis report based on your uploaded DNA SNP raw data file. The output is a PDF report containing pathway-level insights, suggested validation markers, and directional guidance. We do not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you upload a DNA file belonging to another person, you confirm you have legal right and explicit permission.

4. Ordering, delivery, and your responsibilities

• You must upload a supported DNA file and accurate contact details.
• Delivery windows are shown on site and at checkout.
• If a file is corrupted or unsupported, we request a replacement file or issue a refund.

5. Price, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may apply. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

6. Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of receiving the report by emailing info@metastate.bio with your order email.

7. No medical advice

The report is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before medical decisions.

8. Limitations and uncertainty

Genetic interpretation is probabilistic and context-dependent. Environmental factors, lifestyle, health status, and measurement variation can influence outcomes. Insights are hypotheses and may not apply in every case.

9. Intellectual property

All content, templates, and report structures are owned by Taraftech UG (haftungsbeschrankt) unless stated otherwise. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your report for personal purposes.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability where limitation is not permitted under German law.

11. Termination

We may suspend service for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies. Jurisdiction is Pirmasens, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.

13. EU consumer withdrawal right

EU consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right. For digital services, exceptions may apply once performance begins and legal conditions are met.
